Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 Cup of Sweet Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sugar
  • 6 oz Can of Crab Meat (drained, flaked and cartilage removed)
  • Assorted crackers for dipping

In a 1- to 2 quart slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients, stir in crab.

Step Two

Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, or until heated through.
