PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

  • 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 31/2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bar of paraffin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix peanut butter, butter and sugar well. Add Rice Krispies, form into one inch balls and chill at least 45 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler over boiling, simmering water.

Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate and place on waxed paper. (Hint: Put a few balls in chocolate at a time and remove with slotted spoon.)
