Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts chopped to resemble breadcrumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour, soda, powder and salt together and set aside.
Cream butter with sugars until fluffy.
Beat in peanut butter and then eggs one at a time.
And vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients and then add ground peanuts.
preheat oven to 350°.
Drop by 2 tablespoons balls onto cookie sheet.
Bake until cookies are lightly browned around edges but puffy in middle about 10 to 12 minutes.
