Crock Pot Chicken & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 8 small red potatoes (peeled or skin on your preference)
- 1 small bag of baby carrots cut in half
- 3 stalks of celery chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 8 oz can of of chicken broth
- 1 tblsp of butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Toss chicken with flour, sage, thyme, salt and pepper; add to crock pot.
Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms, garlic and broth.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
In a small bowl stir to gether 1 tblspn of flour and 1 tblspn of butter. Push the chicken and veggies to one side and wisk paste into slow cooker bowl. Cook 1 hour more or until thickened.
