  • 1 (9 oz) package chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1/2 (4 oz) semisweet chocolate baking bar, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • FILLING:
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 TBSP seedless strawberry jam
  • 1 lb strawberries, hulled and cut in half

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Pulse wafer cookies and chopped chocolate in a food processor 8 to 10 times or til finely crushed. Stir together cookie crumb mixture, melted butter, and sugar; firmly press mixture on bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely (about 30 minutes).
Place cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed til smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread carefully over bottom of crust. Place strawberry jam in a large microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high 10 seconds or til softened. Add berries; toss to combine. Arrange strawberries over the pie. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
