Garlic-Parmesan Baked Tortilla Chips

This entire batch is only 12 net grams of carbs

Ingredients

  • 2 Low Carb Tortillas - (I used LaTortilla Factory - 6 net carbs each)
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese - Finely grated
  • 2 Tbs. Butter or Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs. Italian Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*


Melt the butter and brush on one side of the tortillas


Mix the garlic powder and italian seasoning together and sprinkle generously over the buttered side of both tortillas.


Using a pizza cutter, cut the tortillas into triangles (or strips), whichever you prefer


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chips in a single layer, dry side down. ***Note*** I may try this without the parchment next time as I believe they will be even crunchier...


Bake for 10 minutes - Take them out of the oven, flip them over and baste brush the other side with butter and coat with parmesan cheese


Bake 10-12 minutes longer


Let cool, SERVE AND ENJOY!!!
