Rhonda's Beer Batter Fish

Ingredients

  • Fresh fish
  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 12 oz can of beer
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pat fish dry. And place on paper towel.

2. Mix all ingredients together. Have the deep fryer very hot.

3. Dip fish piece one at a time into batter and gently drop into fryer.

4. Let fry until fish floats to top and is crispy golden brown.
