Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

• Butter
• Pineapple rings in can
• Brown sugar
• Betty Crocker classic yellow cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

In cake pan, melt 1 stick of butter
Put brown sugar on bottom of the pan to saturate butter
Put pineapple rings on top of brown sugar
Mix cake mix and pour on top of pineapple rings
Put in oven and bake until dark brown on top
Let cake sit for a few hours until cake is cold
Turn the pan over and let cake fall out
