Ingredients
- 4/4 pound flank steak
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbls vegetable oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 cup steamed broccoli

Step 1
1. Cut beef crosswise against the grain into strips. Place in medium bowl. Add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Toss to coat.
2. Dissolve cornstarch in beef broth and set aside
3. Heat oil in a wok or large heavy skillet over high heat. Add onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and toss. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickens about 2 minutes.
*Serve with Rice
