  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c cold milk
  • 1/2 c flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • toasted coconut
  • assorted fresh fruit

Preparation

Step 1

IN A BLENDER, COMBINE PINEAPPLE, PUDDING MIX, MILK, COCONUT AND SOUR CREAM, COVER AND PROCESS 30 SECONDS. TRANSFER TO SERVING BOWL, COVER AND REFRIGERATE 30 MINUTES. GARNISH WITH TOASTED COCONUT. SERVE WITH FRUIT.
