Great Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 Lbs Potatoes, peeled (Red or Yukon Gold)
- 1-8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1-8 oz Container Sour Cream
- 1 Clove Garlic; minced
- 4 Scallions, chopped and divided
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/2 Tea. White pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and dry.
Mash potatoes with cream cheese, sour cream, garlic,
half of the scallions, half of the parmesan cheese, milk
and white pepper.
Pour into a covered baking dish. Top with remaining scallions
and parmesan cheese. Bake 375 for about 30 minutes until
Bubbly and turning brown.
This can be made ahead of time.
