Impossible Ham n Swiss Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups fully cooked Ham
• 1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup Bisquick
• 1/4 tsp salt, if desired
• 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400.

Grease pie plate 10x1 1/2"

Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in plate.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into plate.

Bake until golden brown until knife inserted in center comes out clean....about 35-40 minutes

Cool 5 minutes
