Ingredients

  • 1 CUP JUICE
  • 1/2 banana or 3/4 cup berries
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon ground psyllium husk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 600 mg fish oil (break open capsules and put in)
  • 3 ice cubes
