Ingredients
- 1 package plain yellow cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups ripe, fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced 1/4" thick (about 4 large peaches)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped peacans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13" X 9" baking pan.
Place cake mix, sour cream, 4 tablespoons melted butter, and egg in large mixing bowl. Blend until mixture comes together into a thick dough. Using your fingertips press the dough evenly over the bottom of the pan so that it reaches the sides of the pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Place the sugar and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl and stir until combined.
Remove pan from oven but leave oven on.
Arrange peach slices in rows across the top of the warm cake. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the peaches. Drizzle the remaining 6 tablespoons of melted butter over the sugar mixture. Top with the pecans. Return to oven and bake about 30 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.
Really good served warm with ice cream.
