    racks of baby back pork spareribs

  • salt and pepper

  • Sauce:

  • ¾

    cup ketchup

  • 1

    TBL dijon mustard

  • 2

    TBL worcestershire sauce

  • 3

    TBL packed brown sugar

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • ¼

    tsp celery seed


Line a large baking pan (with sides) with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle the ribs all over with salt and pepper. Arrange the ribs on the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes, turning once after about 30 minutes. Cut the ribs into serving-size portions and arrange in the slow cooker. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until ribs are very tender.
