Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 1 sm. onion chopped
- 4 c. corn
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 Tbs. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saute pan and add the onion and cook until soft, 4-5 mins. Add the flour and cook for one minute. Add the corn, half and half salt and pepper and simmer until corn is tender and sauce is thickened.
