Ingredients
- 5 med potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 6 Tbsp margarine
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup chicken broth

Step 1
Place potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil; dot with butter.
Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth.
Seal edges of foil well.
Grill, covered, over med coals for 35-40 min or until potatoes are tender.
