  • • Crumbled goat cheese

  • • Baby arugula

  • • Pine nuts, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Cook orzo. Toast pine nuts until golden. After cooling orzo, place in bowl. Add arugula, basil, pine nuts, cherries, and crumbled cheese. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and drizzle. Add salt and pepper.
