- 2/3 cup uncooked whole wheat couscous
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
