Salmon Patties 4

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Approx. 16-20 crackers (must be neough to hold together mixture to form patties)

Preparation

Step 1

Using fork, mash together salmon and eggs until well mixed. Crumble crackers into mixture and blend. Form patties and place into skillet with melted butter and fry on both sides until slightly browned but crispy on edges.
