CHEESECAKE STUFFED STRAWBERRIES

Creamy cheescake filling finds a home inside delicious sweet strawberries

Ingredients

• 1 pound large strawberries
• 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
• 3-4 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• graham cracker crumbs
• whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry.

Remove the top and clean out inside with a paring knife if needed.

If you want to stand strawberries upright, slice a bit off the bottom.

If desired, dip bottom in melted chocolate and let set.

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

Fill strawberries with cream cheese mix using piping bag.

Top with graham cracker crumbs or whipped cream if desired.
