Ingredients

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees
  • 4 - 1 lb coffee cans
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup of nuts (about) put in blender

Preparation

Step 1

Beat with mixer all together

Grease cans & fill 1/2 full
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees

Cool 1/2 hour. Take out of cans for 10 minutes.
Put back in cans.
Put on lids. Let set 2 hours.
Freeze or refrigerate.

***Or put in four foil pans.
