Sue's Artic Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/3 C. margarine, melted
  • 1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 - 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 T. milk
  • 1 C. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press into 8-inch square pan. Combine marshmallow cream, chocolate and vanilla; mix until blended. Gradually add milk, blending until smooth. Fold in whipping cream. Pour into pan and freeze.
