Watergate Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 18-oz box of white cake mix
• 1 box of pistachio instant pudding mix
• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup Ginger Ale, room temperature
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup ground walnuts
• ..................................
• Icing:
• 2 packages Dream Whip
• 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
• 1 1/4 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and cool.

Mix all frosting ingredients with mixer and whip well. Apply icing to cake and sprinkle with walnuts.
