  • 3/4 c paprika 1/2 c kosher salt, finely ground
  • 1/2 c coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 T cayenne

Preparation

Step 1

Pour all ingredients into a sifter and sift to combine.
Store in an airtight container.
Use on all kinds of beef before smoking.
