Italian Sausage Pasta Soup

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup uncooked acini di pepe
• 1 lb ground sausage
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 (19oz) can cannellini beans
• 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
• 1 (14oz) can beef broth
• 1 (14oz) jar pizza sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, in a large pan, brown sausage. Add onions, peppers, and garlic; cook 1-2 min. Stir in beans, tomatoes, pizza sauce, and broth. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Drain pasta. Add to soup. Cook until heated.
