Ingredients
- 2 c lima beans
- 2 large ears of corn cut from cob-about 2 cups
- 2 tbs butter
- pepper
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c minced country ham

Preparation
Step 1
Place beans in saucepan, cover with water and add 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil. Cook until tender. Drain and set aside
In large skillet heat butter over medium high heat add corn-season with salt and pepper. Cook 2 min. Add beans-season cook 1 min more.
Add cream and ham. Cook just until heated through.
