Roasted Red Pepper Garlic Aioli

This recipe will yield just over 1 cup of aioli. The entire batch has just under 3 net carbs

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup of Mayo
  • 3 Tbs. Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 5-6 Slices of Roasted Red Peppers (I used the marinated, jarred variety)
  • A few Sprigs of Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended and creamy. If you do not have a food processor, you can just as easily use a blender

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
