- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T balsamic inegar
- 2 T orange juice
- 2 T splenda granular or 3 packets
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- fresh ground pepper

Step 1
Whisk first 5 ingredients together in a small bowl. Whisk in olive oil one tablespoon at a time to thoroughly incorporate. Whisk in mustard. Add pepper to taste.
