Ingredients
- 2/3 c. chunky peanut butter
- 2/3 c. flaked coconut
- 2 tblsp dry milk
- 2 tblsp semisweet choc chips
- coconut for rolling

Preparation
Step 1
Mix peanut butter, dry milk & choc. chips together in a bowl
Break off tablesp size chunks and roll between palms to form balls
Place a handful of add't coconut insmall bowl
Dip and roll each ball to coat evenly.
Place on tray in freezer to set - 1/2 hour
transfer to zip loc bag & store in frig. or ice chest for hiking
