Ingredients

  • 2 bags (14 oz. to 16 oz. each)- vegetables (any variety)
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup coarsely chopped cashews

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain.
2. Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Add cashews; cook 2 minutes or until cashews are very light brown, stirring constantly.
3. Pour topping mixture over vegetables; toss gently to coat. Spoon into serving bowl.
