Ingredients
- Broth
- Chicken cut up
- celery
- onion
- salt and pepper
- carrots
- noodles (frozen thick noodles)
- water (as needed)
Preparation
Step 1
Put broth, salt and pepper in pot. Add chicken to start cooking while cutting celery, onion and carrots. Cook until carrots are nearly tender.
Add noodles the last 10 to 15 minutes.
Cook frozen noodles for 20 minutes. You may have to add a little water. After nodles are cooked, sprinkle with a little Wondra Flour to thicken.
