Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned (links or bulk)
- 4-6 beaten egs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. cheddar
- 2 1/2 c. milk (divided)
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grase 9 x 12" baking pan. Place bread on bottom of pan, top with cheese. Mix eggs, 2 c. milk and mustard and pour over cheese. Mix soup and 1/2 milk and pour over egg mix. Top with links/bulk sausage. Refrigerate overnight or freeze. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top. Let stand 10 miniutes before serving.
