Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 lb. deli-style corned beef, shredded
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, just until heated through and cheese is melted.

Makes 6 to 7 cups.
