Kansas Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 4 tsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp dill weed
• 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
• 4 med cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced
• 3 green onions, chopped

Step 1

In large bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar, dill, and salt; mix well.
Add cucumbers and onions; toss.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
