- 1 1/2 lbs. shredded green cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 c. vinegar
Place shredded cabbage in a covered dish in the refrigerator for several hours. 30 minutes before serving, drain cabbage.
Mix salt, sugar, whipping cream and vinegar, and toss with cabbage. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
