Bonnie's Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. Stew Meat
  • 4 Carrots, chopped into large pieces
  • 2 Onions, cut into large pieces
  • 4 Celery Stalks, cut into large pieces
  • 4 Potatoes, cut into large pieces
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 4 T. tapioca pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients in Dutch Oven.
Place into 300 degree oven for 4-5 hours
