Ingredients

    (6½ oz) can crabmeat, drained

  • cup mayonnaise

  • 2

    tbs grated parmesan cheese

  • 2

    tbs chopped parsley

  • 1

    tbs lemon juice

  • ¼

    tsp garlic powder

    large, fresh snow peas

Directions

Combine crabmeat, mayo, cheese, parsley, lemon juice and garlic powder, mixing well. Chill. Trim ends from snow peas. Using a sharp knife, carefully slit one side of each pea pod. Spoon crab mixture into a decorating bag fitted with a tip with a large opening. Pipe crab mixture into each snow pea. Cover and chill.
