Ingredients
- 1 dry white wine
- 2 kiwis - peeled & sliced
- 1 large pear - sliced very thin
- 1 c. seedless green grapes
- 2 tblsp superfine sugar
- 2 tblsp Calvados or Armagnac
- 3 tblsp Cointtreau
- 1 1/2 c. bottled sparkling water
- sprigs of mint
Preparation
Step 1
Pour wine into a large glass pitcher - add kiwis, pear, grapes, sugar, Calvados & Cointreau
Cover & refrigerate 4 - 5 hours
To serve, stir well, add sparkling water, and pour over ice in tall glasses
Garnish with mint
