White Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 dry white wine
  • 2 kiwis - peeled & sliced
  • 1 large pear - sliced very thin
  • 1 c. seedless green grapes
  • 2 tblsp superfine sugar
  • 2 tblsp Calvados or Armagnac
  • 3 tblsp Cointtreau
  • 1 1/2 c. bottled sparkling water
  • sprigs of mint

Preparation

Step 1

Pour wine into a large glass pitcher - add kiwis, pear, grapes, sugar, Calvados & Cointreau
Cover & refrigerate 4 - 5 hours
To serve, stir well, add sparkling water, and pour over ice in tall glasses
Garnish with mint
