Ingredients
- 1 - 400 gram can Sweetened condensed Milk
- 2- 1 ounce squares unsweetened Chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup miniature candy coated milk chocolate or chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk and chocolate squares and stir over low heat until boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Stir in 2 cups cookie crumbs. Spread evenly into a parchment paper lined 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and candies. Press with spoon to stick onto the brownies. Cover and chill 4 hours. Cut into squares. Keep leftovers in sealed container.
Makes 2 dozen bite size brownies.
