Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
- Minute Rice (2 cups uncooked)
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar of cheese whiz (or you could sub 8 oz/ Velveeta)
- 4 Chicken breasts cooked in skillet - cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Cook minute rice as directed on box. Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix milk, soup, and cheese well. Add rice and celery mixture. Pour half of mix into 9 x 13 baking dish. Add chicken, top with remaining mix.
Bake 40 - 50 minutes at 350.
