Round Steak, Tender and Yummy

Ingredients

  • 1 potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 3/8 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 11 ozs boneless round steak
  • 3/8 1 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 3/8 10.75 ozs can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 C water

Preparation

Step 1

Place the potatoes, onion and carrots in slow cooker.
Cut steak into six pieces, then place the meat on top of vegetables
In a mixing bowl, combine the soup mix and soup and water. Pour over beef
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours
