Preparation

Step 1

In bowl mix 2 tbsp sugar, 1 c heavy cream, 8 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate, 1 tbsp butter and microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and whisk then add 1 tbsp cabernet sauvigon and whisk again. Then transfer to a fondue pot and serve with cubed pound cake, strawberrier and biscotti bits.
