Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 2 c. grah am cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely-chopped pecan
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 3 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese, softened.
- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk.
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325
Combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar, and melted butter. Set aside 1/4 c. mixture. Press remaining mixture into jellyroll pan. Bake 6 minutes. Remove from oven, cool on wire rack.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed mild. Add eggs; beat until combined. Stir in lemon juice. Carefully spoon mixture atop crust in pan. Sprinkle reserved crumbs.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 1 hour. Store in refrigerator until time to serve.
