Sugary Squares

Ingredients

• CRUST:
• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 stick butter melted
• 1 cup pecans
• FILLING:
• 1 (1-pound) box confectioners' sugar
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 9-inch x 13-inch pan.


2. Mix filling ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
