- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 fully cooked smoked ham slice, 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)

Mix maple syrup, mustard and allspice; reserve. Slash ham at 1-inch intervals; insert cloves. cover and grill ham on a medium grill turning and brushing 2 to 3 times with the syrup mixture, until ham is done, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove cloves from ham, brush with syrup mixture. Cut into serving pieces. Garnish with spiced peaches and celery leaves if desired.
