Ingredients
- 1.75 cups cake flour
- 1.25 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, room temp (in pieces)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup absinthe
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
In bowl of mixer, add flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined. Add butter, in chunks, mixing until combined. In separate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, absinthe and vanilla. Slowly add wet to dry, mixing until combined.
Scoop into cupcake pans and bake 15-18 minutes.
