Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 6 beef cubed steaks (about 3 ounce each)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and stir garlic in oil. Add rosemary, mustard and soy sauce; remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and wine; pour over beef steaks. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
Remove beef; reserve marinade. Place beef in hinged wire grill basket. Cover and grill beef turning basket 2 or 3 times brushing beef 2or 3 times with reserved marinade, until desired doneness. 10 to 15 minutes for medium. Serve in toasted split buns if desired.
