Ingredients

  • 1

    13 oz. can pumpkin

  • 1

    13 oz. can evaporated milk

  • 4

    slightly beaten eggs

  • 1

    C. white sugar

  • 1/2

    C. brown sugar

  • 1/4

    tsp. salt

  • 1/4

    tsp. ginger

  • 1/2

    tsp. cloves

Directions

Mix the above and put in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Cover with 1 18 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix (dry) and 1 C. nuts. Melt 3/4 C. butter and pour over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Joanne bakes this for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Be certain to bake for the required time.
