Easy Rock Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients

• Rock Cornish Game Hens
• thyme
• salt
• pepper
• parsley
• 2 Tablespoons margarine for each hen

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle thyme, pepper & parsley on each hen. Top with 2 Tbs. margarine. Lay each hen on large piece of aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Wrap each hen tightly in foil. Place on baking sheet in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hr. Raise oven to 425 degrees. Carefully open foil to expose hens. Brush with margarine, return to oven until brown.
